Some of you will be pleased to find out that we've just added our official set of rules which should help keep the forums here more civil and keep everyone happy.  We've tried hard to make these rules effective but not crippling.

Whether you agree with these new rules or not, feel free to comment in this thread, but as with any content on the forums from this point on, please stay within the boundaries of these new rules.

*Fixed strange characters (like ™ ) not showing up properly in quoteboxes and other places
*Fixed strange characters in thread subjects behaving badly in the HTML <title> (I think I've squashed this one properly now)

NebulaMods.com is pleased to announce free file hosting and file downloads for all our supported games. Everyone is encouraged to upload your own files and any you feel should be available.

Any users, including Guests can download files at 100kb/sec at any time. Files less than 1MB are available for download at max speed always. Any other files you wish to download at max speed will require you to use 1 NM Point per 2MB.

No payment is required to use any of our features. You aquire points through various actions on the site such as uploading files and posting. Eventually points will be given for time spent playing in our official game servers.

* JPG, GIF, and PNG are now supported as avatars (the 1MB limit still applies)
*Files are fully functional. Paged browsing and searching will be coming later today
*News now appears on the homepage  
*Password changing added. You can change your password through your Profile page.
*Points are displayed under "Your Account" at the right of every page
